The Ugly Truth About "Credit Repair"

FICO-911

The Ultimate Solution to ALL Derogatory Credit History

Foreclosures

How long does a foreclosure stay on a credit report?
A foreclosure will stay on your credit report for 7 years from the filing date. Most lenders will not want to work with borrowers who have a recent foreclosure.

How long would it take for you to remove my foreclosure?
Average time is 10-12 business days per foreclosure. See our "Timing" section on our Overview page.

How long from the foreclosure date must I wait before it can be removed?
As soon as the lender has foreclosed on the mortgage or lien, and you are no longer in default status on payment, we can then remove the foreclosure.

When deleting a foreclosure does the mortgage that was foreclosed on still remain on my report or is it deleted entirely?
The mortgage will stay on your report, but all derogatory markings including late payment dates and the "foreclosed" status on the account will be gone. The mortgage will show a perfect payment history and a "Paid" status.
